What we keep

Your email address and a hashed password, so you can sign in. The household name, the people and categories you set up, the entries you record (amount, date, category, who, how it was paid and your note) and your savings goals.

Who can see it

Only people who are members of your household. You become a member by creating a household or by accepting an invitation sent to your email address. The database enforces this on every request.

Where it is stored

The app runs on Vercel and the data is stored with Supabase. Both are service providers based outside Uganda. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Leaving

A member can leave a household at any time. An owner can remove members or delete the household, which deletes all its entries. To delete your account, email info@tugye.com from the address you signed up with.
